Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services and making a booking through the Skyline Holidays website (www.skylineholidaysindia.com). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Booking

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Upon making a booking request, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your reservation. This confirmation serves as proof of your booking.

  • Booking Modifications: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees. Please contact us as early as possible for any modifications.

Payment

  • Payment Method: Payment for bookings can be made using the payment methods specified on our website. All payments are processed securely.

  • Currency: All prices and transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

 Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE

Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary by booking type. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the cancellation policy.

 

No Show: If you do not arrive on the scheduled date of your booking ("No Show"), the reservation may be subject to cancellation, and you may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Early Departure: No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused portions of your reservation.

Special Note:

Apart from above, in case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali etc) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

 

Even After making the 25% advance to confirm your bookings, in some cases it might be required that you need to pay additional advance amount before the final balance payment date depending on the contractor / supplier's payment deadline as and when applicable.

Refund

Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific refund policy provided at the time of booking. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

 Mandatory Identification Document

Identification: It is mandatory to present a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driver's License) at the time of check-in for all guests.

It is Mandatory for all guests (Foreign Nationals, NRI’s and Indian Nationals) to provide Photo ID at the time of booking confirmation. Documents as per details given below are applicable for different categories:

  • For foreign nationals – copy of Passport + Visa is mandatory.

  • For Non Resident Indians clients (NRI client) – copy of passport.

  • For Overseas Indian clients holding OCI / PIO card – copy of passport and copy of OCI/PIO card is mandatory.

  • For domestic clients – copy of Driving License / Voter ID Card / passport is mandatory.

  •  (NRI client) – copy of passport.

Arrival and Departure Policy

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in and check-out times may vary by property. Please refer to the specific property's arrival and departure policy provided at the time of booking.

Extra Usage of Vehicle

Vehicle Usage: Extra charges may apply for additional usage of vehicles beyond the agreed-upon terms. Please check the terms and conditions related to vehicle usage with our representative.

 Jurisdiction Clause (Maharashtra, India)

Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Pune Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune Maharashtra.

Terms & Conditions for Andaman & Nicobar Island, Lakshadweep Island will be separate and same will be advised on case to case basis.

Terms & conditions for Group booking will be separate and same will be advised on case to case basis.

By using our services and making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes.
